DAC and Preamplifiers
ZeroUno is much more efficient than conventional products, letting your system reproduce the whole music range, from the extreme low frequencies up to the extreme high levels, driving with authority your power amplifier or your preamplifier. ZeroUno has the ability to drive with coherence from low to the mid-high range, achieving a natural listening experience.
The DAC stage inside any ZeroUno is always the same; SSD, SE, PLUS and ULTRA models.
The ZeroUno differ in the output stage, not matter of bandwidth, filters, or equalization but a different technology: transistors or tubes or hybrid.
The ZeroUno can be interfaced to any preamplifier or integrated amplifier with authority, reducing the influence of the interconnection cables. Do not be surprised if at the end, the cables will be not so fundamental to the listener as before.
The ZeroUno can be upgraded with the PRE_STAGE so to drive directly almost any power amplifier, bypassing the preamplifier (picture below); don’t be surprised if the sound will become more natural and more dynamic, and the cables are not needed with huge benefits for the transparency and dynamic.
The PRE_STAGE is optional and can be installed into the ZeroUno SSD, ZeroUno SE and ZeroUno SE ULTRA
Thanks to the ZeroUno versatility it is possible to experiment both implementations, with or without the preamplifier, and swap from one to the other at any time.
The ZeroUno offers an uncommon flexibility.
